Bryce grew up in a small Iowa town of 300 and naturally gravitated towards the bustle of big cities. He moved to Las Vegas in 2011 with nothing more than a duffle bag of clothes and has called it home ever since. Today he and his wife, Chelsea, live in Summerlin, where they recently welcomed their first daughter. Rebel, their rescue dog, is still part of the family 13 years later. Bryce and his family love the outdoor lifestyle Las Vegas offers, and he recently completed his first marathon, likely his last as well.

Bryce started selling real estate in Las Vegas in 2013. Since then he has closed more than $25M in sales and earned a 2025 top-producer award from Realty ONE Group. His sales span single-family homes in Summerlin, Red Rock Country Club, Henderson and Lake Las Vegas, as well as high-rise condos at Waldorf Astoria, Panorama Towers, Turnberry Towers, The Martin and Park Towers.
